In order to reserve a date, simply call or e-mail Helen. Once your desired date is confirmed, a 33.3% deposit is required to hold that date for events scheduled 6 (six) weeks or more from the date of confirmation. If there are less than 6 weeks until the event at the time of confirmation, a 50% deposit is due.
At that point, your desired date will be "locked" in. Final payment is due 48-hours prior to event.
